Plan and manage all aspects related to Customer promises, assets and cost in a specific service scope, including container flows (empty and laden) and vessel scheduling activities while working cross-functional.

• Ensure that we deliver the product and promise we sold to our customers
• Own vessel scheduling (including Contingency / Incident / seasonality) to meet internal and industry reliability targets on short- and long-term basis, while managing efficient bunker consumption
• Ensure asset efficiency by allocation optimization on owned and partners’ vessels. Provide high quality on cargo planning , connectivity (rolling, re-routing) in conjunction with Market, including both laden and empty flow
• Ensure port calls are planned and executed at highest quality with lowest possible costs
• Understand the importance of standard processes, follow standard procedures with discipline, and actively engage in continuous improvements of global standards by providing input on processes and tools
• Participates and coordinates new deployments and optimization opportunities with Ocean Network Product leading to sustaining customer experience and network efficiency
• Engage and communicate closely with a multitude of stakeholders inside the organization
• Contribute towards our transformation journeys and support Subject Matter Experts to run initiatives on processes and tech improvements
• Collaborate with Area operations and various internal and external [terminal] stakeholders to ensure end to end experience to our customers
