YOUR TEAM

The Service Support Team is a function that is responsible for providing expertise technical support and field service operational guidance to the region of EMEA. This is achieved through remote technical assistance when field engineers require additional investigation and resolution findings. The team is the central hub for escalations and dissemination of requirements and procedures to the region, provided by the Global teams and implements Radiology product pipeline launches and enhancements in the field.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the following:

• You will assist the latest Radiology project in Connectivity, to further improve the offering and service we provide to the clinics and hospitals
• You will be responsible to verify data in a sharepoint site and correct them when needed by informing the owner (internal TAC member)
• You will cleanse the data by identifying and tagging items on the sharepoint site and liaise with the Thingworx supervisor for verification
• You will work in combination with the Thingworx supervisor to maintain the database on SAP

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a Bachelor student doing a technical study with engineering affinity
• You pay attention to detail, are able to prioritize and take accountability
• You are eager to learn and take the initiative to be creative
• You speak fluently English
• You are available for min. 3 days a week for a period of 6-12 months
