WHAT WE WILL BRING YOU

  • Insights in the commercial strategy of the Cosmetics group of LVMH, world leader in luxury
  • Knowledge of commercial and retail objectives and processes
  • Awareness of the relations between the field teams and the internal team of the house Parfums Christian Dior
  • Development in analytical skills and acquiring commercial and retail knowledge
  • Development in administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, diverse automatic Retail Tools,…) competences
  • Experience in time & priority management, autonomy, multi-tasking in a changing environment

WHAT WILL YOU DO - MISSIONS

  • Support in preparation and follow up of documents for Sell Out Reporting, Fieldmapping and Visit Reports
  • Support the Retail Management Team in preparing and analysing returns on Retailtainment/Trade animations
  • Report Competitors & Dior trade actions
  • Collect data (product presentations & product information) from different departments for bi-monthly commercial counter plan
  • Create seasonal order forms for retailer
  • Regular visits to Point of Sales to check merchandising and report in Simplifield (Merchandising Reporting Tool)
  • Regular visits to the Point of Sales to understand operational processes, customer journey and consumer behaviour
  • Support the Retail Managers in forecasting nouveautés
  • Assist in Wardrobe & Grooming administration
  • Assist in incentives program for Sell Out teams

PROFIL

  • Second or Third year student in Business Administration
