As our company grows, we’re on the lookout for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in the Netherlands, which strengthens Adfinis presence in the DACH, BENELUX, and APAC regions by integrating inbound and outbound (digital) marketing strategies with sales objectives, promoting our Open Source solutions, and driving global commercial growth.

Tasks

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Marketing Manager and support him in his daily business by administering all marketing activities and measures. Occasionally, you will also support our Customer Development Managers (Sales) with customer data management in our CRM system.

What Youll Be Doing

  • create content for marketing essentials like websites, newsletters, and eye-catching online ads
  • help to get our marketing campaigns off the ground and make sure everythings ticking along nicely
  • tackle some straight-forward marketing projects, like making sure our landing pages are on point
  • do the day-to-day tasks that keep our marketing ideas flying high, like sending out campaign emails and handling the translations
  • handle the behind-the-scenes techy bits like keeping our data clean and making sure everything’s up-to-date in our CRM
Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • working experience in a similar role
  • MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level with a successfully completed education in marketing or economics
  • a fair bit of knowledge about SEO and SEM
  • understanding of basic marketing tools for lead generation, email marketing, websites, etc.
  • familiarity with CRM software and the willingness to do some data entry chores
  • some experience in creating awesome content for landing pages, newsletters, and ads
  • full proficiency in English; German and Dutch are a big plus
