We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Amsterdam as an Intern.

As an Intern in our Transaction Services & Restructuring team:

  • You will execute and deliver projects for front-ranking private equity and corporate clients. This involves corporate acquisitions and disposals, but also covering value-enhancing portfolio management projects
  • You will work in diverse teams and help conducting analyses, with a full exposure to all stages of the assignment
  • Your team members (from the senior to the partner) participate in your day-to-day training to help you acquire all the technical knowledge required


To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Intern to have :

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business administration or business economics
  • Excellent financial analytical skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects
  • A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with analytical tool is a plus
  • Previous internships or work experience in corporate finance (audit, M&A and other related fields) is an asset
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Motivated, proactive and reliable
  • Available for an internship of minimum 6 months
