As a Logistics Finance Manager youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and cost-effective operation of Henkel Consumer Brands’ global logistics network. Youll work closely with our global Consumer Brands Finance, Logistics & Supply Chain teams, leveraging your financial expertise and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement.

YOUR ROLE

• Expert Analysis: Analyze global logistics data, identifying trends, and translating insights into clear and concise reports that inform strategic decision-making.
• Cost Optimization Specialist: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, while seeking out opportunities to optimize costs across warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
• Planning Pro: Contribute to short- and long-term logistics planning, including financial forecasting, to ensure efficient resource allocation and budget management.
• Process Improvement Advocate: Propose and implement innovative tools and processes that enhance financial and operational performance management.
• Collaborative Leader: Build strong relationships with colleagues across Finance, Logistics & Supply Chain, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes data-driven decision making.
• This role will not manage a team.

YOUR SKILLS

• A university degree (Masters or Bachelors) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Controlling, ideally with a strong background in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and financial partnering skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
• A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of a global organization.
