Human Resources Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for our operative personnel administration, e.g. creating and processing the entire employee lifecycle for our employees in The Netherlands and Belgium
• You are responsible for the creation, maintenance and monitoring of the HR data in the system as well as in our time management tool
• You will help to create reports for the quality assurance of the HR data and evaluations for HR
• You will realize your own HR projects (e.g. further digitalization in the administrative HR area) as well as support the other HR teams in overarching topics (e.g. calculation of the bonus round, annual reorganization, etc.)
• Your work includes the analysis and permanent improvement of HR processes as well as their coordination with relevant stakeholders
• You will be our competent contact person for all questions concerning HR administration

Qualifications/Experience

• Preferably, several years of professional experience in human resources in an international environment, preferably with knowledge of regulations in The Netherlands and Belgium
• An apprenticeship in HR or university degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability to actively listen and to ask relevant process-related questions
• A keen interest in all cross-interface processes to ensure efficient workflows
• The ability to work on different issues simultaneously and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics as well as a sense of responsibility and independent working style
• Someone curious to learn about payroll would be interesting
• Very good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, Dutch is a definite plus
