In de rol van Allround Employee Customer Sales Support Front Office Benelux ben jij de schakel tussen klanten, sales, marketing, inkoop en customer service en zorg je ervoor dat al je verantwoordelijkheden correct en tijdig worden afgehandeld.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Optimaal verwerken van inkoop en verkoop facturen, prijs/voorraadverschillen
• Schakel tussen de klant, sales, marketing, customer Service en inkoop
• Samenwerking en afstemming met, Customer Service medewerkers, Functional experts en proces coordinatoren.
• Perfecte uitvoer in het order tot facturatieproces
• Oplossen van problemen op facturen die door de afdeling account payables & receivables niet kunnen worden verwerkt.
• oplossen van afwijkingen in berekende hoeveelheden t.o.v. ontvangen hoeveelheden
• Aanmaken / muteren van klantgegevens in SAP en het CRM pakket (ClientLink)
• bijhouden van lijsten/overzichten t.w. creditnota’s, verschillenlijsten (m.b.t. hoeveelheid/ prijs), zodanig dat bij vragen en/of factuurafwijkingen oorzaken snel uitgezocht kunnen en er tot betaling kan worden overgegaan
• Sterk in opmaken en afhandelen commerciële correspondentie

Profiel:

• MBO en/of MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
• Ervaring in soortgelijke functie is een pré
• Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
• Bekend met MS Office, zoals Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel en PowerPoint
• Ervaring met SAP is een pré
• Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift, frans is een pré
