Who are you?
  • You are a service-oriented person, with a secondary vocational education or other relevant education in for example communications and/or hospitality.
  • You have around 2 years of work experience with various support tasks, preferably in an
    international context.
  • You would like to contribute to the further professionalisation of our organisation.
  • You have hands-on organisational skills.
  • You have excellent command of the English and Dutch language.
  • You are comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.

Being an office manager

As a vital member of the PUM community, your role is both dynamic and rewarding. As office manager you play a key role in the organisation. What will a day in the office look like? Just to name a few responsibilities, you will be:

  • Managing PUM’s general mailbox and handling incoming inquiries.
  • Handling and transferring phone calls.
  • Coordinating facilities and be the first point of contact.
  • Managing records and ensure efficient filing.
  • Inventorying and managing office supplies.
  • Managing parking spaces, including registration through the intranet.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the monthly Introduction Day and other events.

Ins and outs of the role of office manager

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €2.750,- to €3.667,- based on 37.5 hours and depending on experience. We prefer a minimum of 32 hours per week. We provide numerous perks, including an 8% holiday allowance, a 13th-month bonus, ‘working-from-home’ and commuting allowances, 28 days of holiday, a pension plan, a training budget, a weekly boot camp, and more.
