Dit ga je doen
  • Verzorgen van de rapportages rondom de periodieke afsluitingen, het signaleren van afwijkingen en toelichting hiervan.
  • Het coördineren van het budgetproces in samenwerking met de managers en leidinggevenden.
  • Het verzorgen van de BTW en CBS aangiften.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor de managers, leidinggevenden en externen m.b.t. de financiële administratie van Valid Holding.
  • Samen met de financial administrator verantwoordelijk het verzorgen een correcte financiële administratie, o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het debiteurenbeheer, inkoopfacturatie en het opstellen van balansspecificaties.

Het team

Je wordt onderdeel van het Finance team, dat bestaat uit vijf Finance collega’s verspreid over onze kantoren in Eindhoven en Maastricht. Voor overleg en ontmoetingsmomenten treffen we elkaar op kantoor of online via Teams. We zijn een ambitieus, sociaal en gezellig team. Er wordt hard gewerkt, helpen elkaar als het nodig is en vinden het belangrijk om tijd te maken voor een praatje met elkaar.

Wat wij van jou verwachten:
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau in de Financiële richting.
  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Goede kennis van Excel en je maakt je nieuwe systemen snel eigen.
  • Proactief en boekhoudkundig sterk.
  • 32-40 uur per week inzetbaar.
  • Ervaring met Exact Globe is een pré.
