What youll do
  • Execute on IT and/or technology-related audits and present the audit results to Management.
  • Drive an Internal Audit roadmap that will deliver value-added audits in the areas of our technology operations (e.g. software development, cyber security), shared functions as well as some regulatory and compliance audits.
  • Ensure timely planning, drive high-quality and easy-to-understand reports delivered by the Internal Audit team, discuss findings with management, and drive timely follow-up on action items.
  • Consult and coordinate with other risk advisory functions across the organization in order to maintain a comprehensive view or risk management.
  • Manage the relationships with external parties that interact with the Internal Audit team (e.g. external auditor, co-sourcing party and quality reviewers).
  • Participate and assist, from an Internal Auditor perspective, in high-impact corporate projects

What youll need
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in either Business Administration or Computer Science or 5+ years of equivalent experience in software engineering
  • Experience in IT / operational auditing within a professional services firm, internal audit function or other relevant function.
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (be in continuous contact with the business).
  • Process, problem solving and action-orientated mindset.
  • Fluency in English.

Whats nice to have
  • Experience in complex technology environments.
  • Experience in the software and services industry would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of software engineering.
