Your New Role

Are you interested in being responsible for handling, checking, and recording goods in and out of a warehouse?

Survitec now has an exciting opportunity for you to come on board as our Warehouse Operative at our Rotterdam site.

Reporting into our Regional supply chain director, your role is at the heart of customer order fulfilment and is focused on servicing requisitions at pace, whilst upholding all Survitec safety standards

What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

• You will handle goods in, checking items are delivered as ordered and recorded accurately
• Store items according to Survitec standards, including safe handling procedures and safe use of any machinery supplied
• Pick and pack goods according to customer or service station orders, including recording of work using Survitec inventory systems and processes
• Load and unloads pallets and goods efficiently and safely
• Prepare goods for dispatch, completing any necessary paperwork and updating systems as needed
• Transport goods and supplies on site, or to other sites and customers, following established procedures and ensuring on-time delivery
• Perform inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality and availability against records, following established inventory control procedures
• Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting where needed to achieve efficiency and maintain safe working
• Follow mandatory work instructions including use of personal protection equipment where relevant, to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of self and others

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria

• Educated to Secondary school level with 5 GCSEs or equivalent
