Company and Team:

As a Solution Architect within the Oracle area, you’ll play a vital role in designing technology solutions for a large-scale digital customer experience platform. Collaborating with a diverse team of developers, your focus will be on delivering high-performance database platforms and supporting processes to ensure quality, performance, and security standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities as a Solution Architect include incorporating the latest architecture concepts into initiatives, setting solution directions across different teams, and creating end-to-end designs and solution architectures. You’ll also coach teams in implementing architecture and provide support throughout the DevOps cycle.

Technical Skills/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, along with at least 5 years of technical IT experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in Risk, Security, and Compliance standards such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, Oracle, and Cloud architecture.
  • Proficiency in Automation tools like Azure DevOps pipelines and Workflow.
  • Expertise in high-end database (Oracle) related tooling and best practices.
  • Familiarity with development and test methods, data security and privacy technology, and utilities.
  • Experience with AzureDevOps, SCRUM, Agile, and Lean methodologies.

Soft Skills:

In addition to technical prowess, successful candidates will possess the following soft skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skill in translating technical solutions into business terms and influencing others with an open mindset.
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility, strong analytical skills, and the ability to be critical when necessary.
  • Experience in stakeholder management in an international setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Capability to coach peers and stakeholders effectively.
