Human Resources Working Student at Hunt & Hackett
Working at Hunt & Hackett is not yet another side job. We give you actual responsibilities and the freedom to help and built our organization from an HR perspective and to learn while doing. The activities range from working on operational topics, to tactical and strategic topics related to our core values, talent management etc. The more operational topics you will be working on are among others, recruitment support, employee onboarding, keeping track of HR administration, planning events, internal communication, writing employee handbooks and a bit of policies on the side.
Our future working student is a person who is creative, pragmatic, likes to think out of the box, is well aware of the standards and regulations, and likes to do (and/or support) a wide range of HR/ recruitment related activities. That being said: we are not looking for an HR officer trapped in the body of a legal officer, who is primarily interested in writing polices. We are a scale-up and not a corporate. Therefore, we need support in a wide variety of topics. Furthermore, what we do should fit the needs of our employees, or Hunt & Hackett as an organization. Meaning that whatever thing we do in the area of HR, is not done because ‘this is how we role in HR’, or ‘every organization should have this’ but because it’s of added value and actually actively being used by either one of them.
