You will be working with a friendly, international, motivated team and will work together to develop our full potential and ensure we all provide genuine heartfelt care to our all guest. In this role, youll provide personal service to all guests entering Kimpton De Witt, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and exceeding their expectations throughout their stay. While we have standards and procedures, youll have the opportunity to make each guests experience special and memorable. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome all guests entering the hotel.
  • Assist with telephone and Front of House activities as needed.
  • Handle transportation requests from guests.
  • Park guests cars and manage related administration.
  • Receive and carry luggage to guest rooms or hallways.
  • Guide guests to the Front Office, rooms, or other hotel outlets.
  • Share general information about hotel facilities.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints, communicating with the Front Office for guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid car license.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch language skills not required.
  • Warm and representative attitude.
  • Willingness to work mixed shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Passion for providing excellent service.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Salary will be €2205,- based on a 38-hour contract (excluding tips). Whats in it for you?
