Intralox LLC Europe has an opening for a Quality Inspector in our Wehl (GLD) facility in the Netherlands. This position will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform required measurements, in-process/final inspection, and process audits.
  • Implement a dock to stock incoming inspection program for purchased inventory items.
  • Follow through on internal Quality Alerts for non-conformance product/part management.
  • Documenting non-conformances and ensuring product/part containment.
  • Drive Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigation.
  • Provide accurate and timely data collection.
  • Effectively interpret and communicate quality control drawings and quality specifications.
  • Elevate QC drawing/matrix omissions for investigation.
  • Support Objective Key Results (OKR) and participate in our Continuous Improvement effort.
  • Manage QC Hold inventory addressing product/part quickly upon disposition.
  • Assist all operations/processes with quality related issues.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years relevant experience in Quality manufacturing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a self-managed team environment.
  • Strong attention to details and sense to response to issues.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
Desired Qualifications:
  • ASQ and/or EAQA Quality certification(s).
  • Good visual acuity.
  • Basic understanding of the following: quality concepts, quality tools, probability, statistics, calibrations, and metrology.
  • Passion for learning and growth with ability to manage own tasks, meet goals and objectives with little supervision.
  • Demonstration of sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with strong ability to seek buy in at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven record of making consistent, logical, and objective decisions using good judgment.
  • Ability to assume good intentions and exhibit trust in workplace relationships.
