During your 4 to 6-month internship in HR Coordination based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherlands HR team by assisting it with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment. MISSIONS • You will be in charge of recruiting new interns within Stellantis Netherlands; • You will support the administrative recruitment process, and maintain the personnel administration up to date (personal files, sickness, reports); • You will execute the internal communication, and develop initiatives related to Employee Engagement, Employer Branding and Wellbeing; • You will help harmonise internal processes to optimise efficiency (recent merger of the group); • You will assist the HR department with various other activities and projects.
