P&D Integral Product Planner

The Integral Product Planner is part of the Integral Demand & Supply Planning department in the Planning & Delivery (P&D) sector. The new P&D sector brings together all planning activities across ASML. The organization will collaborate closely with business lines and sectors to connect requirements and priorities into an integrated business plan, while remaining clear on bottlenecks and real constraints, to remain both ambitious and realistic in its business planning.

The Integral Product Planner plays a pivotal role in bringing all relevant parts of information together, and presenting the right decisions and consequences to senior management and board level. Extensive contact with various sectors within ASML is required to be able to make the right links.

In order to properly drive and support the planning activities we are looking for a P&D Integral Product Planner who can make sure we deliver towards our ambitions and further strengthen the team.

Role and responsibilities

As Integral Product Planner you are responsible for the health of the Integrated Business Plan of a specific product, driving the required business decisions and assuring that risks in the plan are mitigated and opportunities captured.

You will align with product development teams of D&E to create product introduction plans. Together with Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Sourcing you will create scenarios for the best production & capability plan. You will interact with and give advice to the Business Lines, Finance and other stakeholders on the business plan.

Besides delivering the best possible business plan including new product information and financials, you will be responsible for:

• Enabling decision making for investments to support the long term capacity planning
• Ensuring that the complete organization is executing to the same plan;
• Enabling decision making by reporting and presenting the various scenarios and its consequences to stakeholders and senior management;
• Identifying and capturing opportunities, as well as identifying and mitigating risks;
• Deploying the ASML business strategy and sustainable growth
• Ensure that the right input for the Product Generation Process is provided capturing all aspects needed for planning
• Monitor plan execution including feedback loop to D&S cycle

Education and experience

Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Econometrics or related field

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Planning experience in large complex organizations
• Relevant experience with working with great variety of stakeholders
