Cyber Security and Governance Specialist

We at, ING CISO Domestic Bank NL (DBNL), are looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Security Awareness and Reporting Expert who will support the CISO department and the IT organization for the Netherlands Domestic Bank.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and maintain engaging security awareness training content tailored to different employee groups.
• Lead the planning and coordination of various security awareness sessions, risk awareness days for DBNL.
• Analyze security awareness training data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain clear and concise communication materials to promote security awareness across the organization through newsletters and advisory content.
• Prepare monthly security and risk governance reports for senior management, drive the agenda and lead the security and risk evaluation meetings.
• Collaborate with Global Security teams, IT Risk and Cyber Operations teams to Monitor and report on status and progress of IT-risk and security compliance state and overall security KPIs and KRIs.

• Stay up-to-date on the evolving cybersecurity landscape and emerging threats.

How to succeed

• Bachelors degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Good understanding Cyber security frameworks e.g NIST, CSA
• Good understanding of security metrics, KPIs and KRIs
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC or CISA
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing security awareness programs.
• Proven experience in creating engaging and effective security awareness training content.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
