Purpose of Role
Central resource for managing logistics processes (distribution, trade compliance, transportation) and leveraging best practices to increase overall internal & external customer experience. Planning and controlling of processing inbound/outbound shipments to NL and UK customers. Ensure right process flows is followed by our 3PL distribution partners on a day-to-day basis to ensure overall satisfaction while being a key link between the 3PL & UA teammates. Manage and/or oversee any ad-hoc export customs flows from the distribution house to our end customers.
Your Impact - Key owner end to end tasks for the logistics function
- Lead the daily communication between UA team & our logistic partners
- Own the logistics flows for different functions within the logistics function
- Maintain high internal & external customer satisfaction
- Ensure key daily process are in-line with financial expectations
- Process owner for distribution & trade compliance activities day to day
- Execute customers requests within distribution activities
- Coordinate ad-hoc transportation requests to meet customer needs

- Ability to self-start and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of end-to-end logistics activities
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP and basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Fluent in English.
Workplace Location - Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
- Return to Work Designation: Hybrid work (baseline of minimum 2 days a week in-office.)
- Travel: 5-10% per month to Netherlands Distribution House and/or Logistics Partners locations.
