Role Overview:

Collaborate closely with business officers handling customer interactions to assess client risk, particularly addressing complexities with larger clients. The primary focus is guiding officers through system-driven processes, aiding in accurate data entry, and subsequently automating procedures. Play a key role in optimizing provision calculations, overseeing system processes, and ensuring data integrity for accurate risk assessment across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to officers engaging with customers, offering procedural guidance and ensuring precise data entry for provision calculations, incorporating automation where applicable.
• Work collaboratively with officers to compute provisions, emphasizing attention to detail for larger clients. Ensure alignment of calculations with risk mitigation strategies.
• Supervise monthly system processes that calculate overall risk and exposure. Uphold the accuracy and efficiency of these processes to safeguard the financial stability of the institution.
• Continuously enhance and streamline procedures related to functional maintenance and provision calculations, aiming to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and uphold the integrity of data linked to provisions, guaranteeing consistency and accuracy for reporting purposes.
• Develop and update comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures related to functional maintenance and provision calculations.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills to understand complex procedures, identify potential issues, and ensure accurate data entry.
• A solid understanding of financial principles and the ability to align calculations with effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong technical background to understand and supervise monthly system processes.
• A meticulous approach to monitor and validate data to ensure consistency and accuracy for reporting purposes.
• The ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Dutch-speakers preferred.
