Your responsibilities are:

• Managing Order to cash Process
• Having an autonomous helicopter view on the entire value stream
• Anticipating concerns and proactively coordinating solutions together with other teams
• Identifying and assessing clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Capturing customer grievances and engaging in root cause analysis to provide better solutions
• Managing financial disputes
Creating & adopting procedures

You will establish excellent relationships with key customer contacts and in various departments within the IFF organisation.
