Pursue Excellence, The Team:

The Brand Communications team within Stokke plays a pivotal role in shaping and disseminating the brands messaging across various platforms and audiences. Comprised of talented professionals with diverse backgrounds in marketing, communications, and creative fields, the team works closely with the Global Brand Director to ensure alignment with Stokkes overarching brand platform and strategy. They are responsible for crafting compelling narratives and developing high-quality content that resonates with both consumers and internal stakeholders. From conceptualization to execution, the team leads the charge in implementing integrated multi-channel campaigns, managing global PR efforts, and maintaining consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints. With a keen understanding of consumer insights and market trends, they continuously strive to innovate and elevate Stokkes brand presence while fostering collaboration with external agencies and internal departments. Through effective leadership, strategic planning, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, the Brand Communications team drives the brands growth and fosters meaningful connections with its audience worldwide.

Take Responsibility, The Position:

As the Global Brand Communication Manager for Stokkes Home category You will collaborate closely with the Global Brand Director to ensure consistent, relevant, and high-quality communication development and content production across all channels. You will be responsible for owning the brand communication strategy, executing campaigns, managing PR initiatives, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Your role involves coordination with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to drive effective communication campaigns aligned with Stokkes brand platform and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute the overall communication strategy for the Stokke Move category.
  • Utilize consumer insights to inform briefs, regional marketing plans, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Plan and budget for asset/campaign development in coordination with Innovations project board and Product Management.

Brand Communication:

  • Own brand activities including campaigns, collaborations, and new services, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Coordinate with content teams, regional marketing, ecommerce, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Implement and govern global brand guidelines across all touchpoints internally and externally.

PR and Marketing:

  • Manage global PR activities including consumer and product PR, press releases, and content distribution.
  • Develop and update PR kits, manage agency relationships, and ensure PR content aligns with brand messaging.

Content Production:

  • Lead and coordinate projects for brand and product communication development, from briefing agencies to delivery of marketing assets.
  • Oversee communication concept development, go-to-market planning, production coordination, and content creation for various channels.

Budget Management:

  • Own communication budget related to campaigns/assets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Drive synergies within categories and across the brand to ensure consistency and coherence in communication efforts.

Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to deliver impactful communication campaigns.

Better Together, The Ideal Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in communications or marketing roles, preferably in brand-driven companies. Experience in global brand and/or product communication, consumer data analysis, and content production.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills. Proficiency in developing integrated multi-channel campaigns, content marketing, PR, and social media. Experience with external agencies and budget management. FMCG experience considered a plus.
  • Special Requirements: Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities, strong leadership skills, results-oriented mindset, agility, and efficiency in multitasking.
