Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Associate (16-32 hours per week) to support our Ralph Lauren store in the Designer Outlet Roermond. In this challenging position you are responsible for processing the store delivery and supplementing products on the shop floor. You will work as part of a team on promotional inventory and price controls, as well as support the stores sales activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Delivers outstanding customer support and operational efficiency by partnering with the sales team
  • Ensures that the in-store product offering is made available to customers by helping with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor
  • Together with the warehouse team responsible for an organized and organized warehouse
  • You are jointly responsible for achieving the stores sales targets and daily turnover

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous expose to stock room environments would be of interest
  • Take Initiative and learn consistently
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Takes Accountability for their own Self Development
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English
