nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot of cultures the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, and is offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.

For this iconic social hub, we are looking for an ambitious leader with vibrant personality and a genuine approach. The scope of your responsibility will be the operational departments of this modern, life-style property with 650-bedrooms. These consist of: 1) the Front Office, including the Reception, Duty Management, and the Guest Relations with 40 team members; 2) the Housekeeping team with around 80 team members; 3) the Food & Beverage outlets with around 80 team members.

What are you going to do?
You will be responsible for overseeing, supervising, and directing all operational departments together with the hotel director. Furthermore, you will be in charge for short- & long-term planning and professional management of all operations in the front and back of the hotel. As Operations Manager of nhow Amsterdam RAI, you develop, control budgets and objectives. You implement and maintain the brand standards and procedures. In addition, you hire, train, coach, and empower your team with high standards of quality and service. You report directly to the Hotel Director.


Whats in it for us?

  • You are proficient in English. Dutch and any additional languages are welcome.
