De site manager is de spin in het web bij de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Hij coördineert de klussen vanaf de start van de werkzaamheden t/m de financiële en administratieve afhandeling. Het deelnemen aan bouw/projectvergaderingen op locatie is een onderdeel van de functie. De site manager heeft als belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Het opstellen van uitvoeringsplannen en montagebegrotingen
  • Het financieel en administratief afhandelen van projecten
  • Het zorg dragen voor de veilige uitvoer van de werkzaamheden conform het VGWM plan en VCA richtlijnen
  • Het bewaken en bijsturen van de voortgang van de werkzaamheden, zowel de resources als mede administratief en financieel
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten, onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Het deelnemen aan de 24/7 storingsdienst
De beste kandidaat herkent zich in het volgende:
  • Een afgeronde Technische HBO opleiding aangevuld met 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • De potentie en ambitie om door te groeien binnen de organisatie;
  • Ervaring in het werken met hoogspanningsinstallaties is een pre
  • Goede contactuele eigenschappen;
  • Service gerichte instelling, geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit;
  • Je vindt het leuk om in een team te werken en beschikt over aantoonbare leidinggevende vaardigheden;
  • De bereidheid tot het volgen van cursussen die vereist zijn voor deze functie;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van zowel de Nederlandse , Engelse en bij voorkeur Duitse taal.
