Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Primary customer contact for operational order flow and logistics
  • Processing and handling of customer orders
  • Proactive backlog management (monitoring of orders, shipping dates, price changes etc.)
  • Dealing with customers and liaising within EBV and its partners / suppliers to maintain our industry renowned service level
  • Interface with Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse and Credit department when needed
  • Preparing offers and quotations to respond to customers inquiries
  • Supporting the sales team in the negotiations of new contracts with the customers
  • Handling of customer complaints and RMA’s
  • Closely cooperate with external sales
  • You report to the Reginal Sales Manager
Your Profile:
  • Minimum High school or bachelor degree
  • Efficient, organized, strong administrative skills
  • Proactive, solution driven and customer orientated approach
  • Strong command of MS Office with emphasis on Excel and Database, experience in ERP systems desirable
  • Experience in sales and/ or customer service, preferably in a technical environment
  • Ability to learn and handle various processes and IT based systems
  • Very fluent Dutch and English
