Role Description
The Global Artwork Manager coordinates the creation and deployment of key designs globally, ensuring seamless communication between the central team in Amsterdam and regional artwork teams worldwide. This role involves managing artwork programs, troubleshooting issues, training teams, and maintaining partnerships with key agencies for efficient execution.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the global artwork program through coordination with the artwork team.
- Resolving artwork and print-related issues across various projects as they arise.
- Participating in crucial checkpoints within innovation projects to guide the direction of the artwork process effectively.
- Training diverse business teams on the entire artwork development process, from initial exploration and briefing to final execution.
- Nurturing partnerships with crucial agencies covering graphic design, adaptations, pre-production print specifications, reprographics, and final execution at convertors.

Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of experience as an Artwork Manager.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in in Printing / Artwork / Reprographics / Special Packaging Projects industry
-Experienced in dealing with different packaging materials particularly paper and board, flexibles, and aseptic packaging with the lens of printing expertise.
