Given the impact on patients, the Field Action (FA) process is critical from a patient safety, Customer but also from a business point of view. You will join the Benelux Quality & Regulatory Affairs team, which plays an important role in working together with the Marketing & Sales teams to organize, monitor and report out on the Field Action execution status.

A Day in the Life

• Plan Field Action calls with the Benelux team
• Prepare the Field Action Package and share this with the Benelux team
• Support in informing the Competent Authority and Risk Managers in the hospitals
• Answer questions from customers, the CA or sales reps
• Monitor Field Action progress and share periodic status updates

Must Haves

• Good knowledge of the English language in speaking and writing
• Pursuing a degree in higher education
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Based near Eindhoven

Nice to Haves

• Interested in optimization and improvement work
• Good knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
• Eager to learn & develop

Internship/ Program details:

• Start date: April/May
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
• Working model: hybrid (2 days in the office)
