Who Youll Work With You will work in the Amsterdam location as part of the Europe Learning team. The team is responsible for office and regional Learning. Reporting into one of the regional Learning Managers, you will work closely with your counterparts in the broader Europe Learning team plus the wider Learning community (L&D CoE, Delivery, D2 and C2 teams).

What Youll Do You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of OFO (One Firm Onboarding) and cohort specific programming in the Benelux office including but not limited to pre-planning, participant & faculty management, onsite/virtual delivery, budget management, post program feedback & system updates. You will contribute/lead regional projects as required. You will provide swing capacity across the region when required.

Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Dutch (C1 level - CEFR or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of experience as a (senior learning) administrator, as an administrative assistant or similar experience in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Highly skilled in planning and delivering high impact learning both in-person and virtually
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with learners, peers & stakeholders
  • Comfortable with some travel required for this role
  • Ability to work full time
