From applying make-up that conveys power woman in the morning, to unwinding with a lazy bath at night; when you join our Visual Merchandise Field team, you become the main driver of that experience by implementing and optimizing the Visual Merchandise for House of Rituals and Flagship wholesale locations.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are an important interface between the brand and the store, as well as being in regular contact with the Central and Local Head Office. You are mainly working in the House of Rituals and responsible for the implementation of the Visual Merchandising Guidelines. Just like you, your daily tasks are varied and creative.

This matches you as Visual Merchandiser Field coordinator for 40 hours per week, you:

• Implement and maintain visual product presentations in the House of Rituals.
• Execute display for window display, merchandising and events.
• Build and maintain knowledge within store teams in visual merchandising.
• Ensure flawless execution of ambiance, lights, store layout and planograms unit function.

Within the Visual Merchandise department, you work together with 20 experienced colleagues. Just like you, they have a love for details, a strong sense for styling and implementation of guidelines and a creative streak with regard to flexible and solution-oriented approaches.

High on energy, low on ego and with a little bit of humor. You are also one of a kind because of your sharp eye of details and because of your creativity. And on top of it, you have:

• 2-5 years experience in high end retail / interiors / visual merchandising
• Educated in Fashion, Interior Styling, Design or similar to this study (MBO or HBO)
• Understanding the brand and the high standards is an aim
• You are creative & have a commercial VM background
• Knowledge of the Retail industry
• Knowledge of color and visual merchandise presentation principles
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Fluent in English and preferable Dutch, verbal and written
• Pro active thinker with strong business sense
