Are you ready to take on a thrilling role as a Supply Chain Planner Outbound at Sakura Finetek Europe?

Join our dynamic Supply Chain department and play a crucial role in managing sales order administration for distributors in EMEAI and Regional Business Units (RBU’s).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the outbound sales order flow and keep customers informed proactively.
• Ensure proper checking of conditions indicated in orders and coordinate with clients for any necessary amendments.
• Prepare all required shipment documentation, including legalizations, as per written instructions.
• Provide correct instructions to forwarders.
• Handle invoicing of products and transportation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive continuous improvement in outbound logistics IT systems.
• Manage key KPIs related to indirect sales outbound logistics, warehouse operations, SLAs, and on-time delivery to partners.
• Offer customer-focused solutions for any outbound logistic issues, including stock out situations.
• Achieve personal and team goals set at the beginning of the fiscal year.
• Ensure timely reporting and participate in cross-functional and departmental project teams as a representative of the Supply Chain department.

We perfectly match if you have

• +3years experience is a similar role.
• experience with ERP systems. Oracle is a plus.
• the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• eye for detail with a focus on accuracy.

and you

• have a Bachelors or Masters degree in logistics, supply chain is preferred.
• have an excellent command of English, both written & spoken. Dutch is a plus.
• are people-oriented and liaise easily with internal stakeholders.
• are a multitasker, self-starter and proactive.
• are self-organised and structured.
