Company Overview: Do you want to work at the fastest growing manufacturer of cookies, cakes and waffles in Europe? And do you have experience with automated systems in a production environment? Then you might be the new addition to our production location in Dalfsen . Here we are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator.

What are you going to do?

As a Production Operator in the bakery, you make the dough, shape and bake the cookies on the largely automated production lines.

The most important responsibilities:
  • You make the dough based on recipes;
  • You operate the dough making and baking machines;
  • You check whether the baking process is running smoothly and make adjustments where necessary;
  • You carry out quality checks;
  • You fix minor glitches.

What do we ask?
  • You have an education at MBO level;
  • You have an affinity with technology;
  • You have knowledge of and experience with industrial processes, preferably in the food industry;
  • You are good at organizing the work and you can think ahead and plan to control the process (think of upcoming product changes, etc.);
  • You have communication skills;
  • You work accurately;
  • You can work independently;
  • It is helpful if you have experience setting up machines, but this is not required;
  • You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.
