Functieomschrijving

Voor een toonaangevende producent van hoogwaardige pigmenten voor de lak-, kunststof- en drukinktindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een Packaging Operator in 3-ploegendienst.

Als Packaging Operator binnen verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt afvullen van o.a. big bags in een 3-ploegendienst. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en productiviteit.


Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Bedienen en controleren van productiemachines;
  • Uitvoeren van heftruckwerkzaamheden;
  • Ondersteunen bij schoonmaakwerkzaamheden;
  • Ondersteunen bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het oplossen van operationele problemen;
  • Zorgen voor een soepele overdracht van ploegen met duidelijke communicatie;
  • Werken volgens strikte veiligheidsnormen en -procedures.

Functie-eisen

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Packaging Operator die duidelijk communiceert en in staat is om zelfstandig te werken. Je weet van aanpakken en staat klaar voor je collegas.


Daarnaast beschik je over de volgende achtergrond:

  • Ervaring als Packaging Operator, Heftruckchauffeur of vergelijkbaar;
  • Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegensysteem te werken.
