The role:

  • As an Account Executive, youll be closing deals in a 1-stage sales cycle averaging around 5k ARR. The aim will be to close 600k in ARR.
  • Youll be responsible for everything from meetings and demos to negotiations with C-level and value building.
  • Youll engage with HR professionals like HR Directors, CHROs, and VP of People worldwide; catering to various industries, and focusing on innovating their HR teams.
  • Youll get a steady stream of leads provided by your marketing colleagues.

Who you are:

  • 1 year+ of closing experience. Preferably in HR and/or SaaS.
  • Strong work ethic, and exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding targets in a dynamic organization.
  • Familiarity with the Winning By Design methodology is a plus.
