Who are we?

We are The Florian, a new Dutch design hotel, opened in 2021 at the outskirts of Hoofddorp only few minutes away from Schiphol Airport. We have 150 rooms, 3 multifunctional conference and meeting rooms, a gym, and of course a restaurant & bar.

Who are we looking for?

• You are kind, friendly and hospitable with great communication skills.
• You are hard-working, reliable and a real team player.
• You are flexible and resilient, so you will handle even the busiest day with a genuine smile. No two days are the same when you work in a hotel!
• You speak English fluently and at least one other European language (Dutch, French or German are a big plus).
• You have experience in the hospitality sector or in direct/face to face customer service. Ideally you already have some experience as a supervisor/team leader.
• You are looking for a long-term employment.

What will be your tasks and responsibilities?

• Providing a warm welcome and a personalized customer experience to our guests.
• Assisting guests with check-in, check-out and payments, helping with their luggage.
• Handling reservations and group bookings.
• Answering e-mails and handling phone calls.
• Together with the Front Office Manager you will be motivating, leading and helping our receptionist team.
