Intern Development Program
Most of all, as an intern within L’Oréal you will benefit from our unique Intern Development Program (IDP). Ultimately, doing your internship at L’Oréal will put you in pole position for our Management Traineeship or Junior Position opportunities. What you will do

Starting day 1 you are a full member of E-commerce team in the Consumer Products Division/ Luxe Division . This team focusses on online pure players and e-retailers, such as Bol.com, Kruidvat.nl and Amazon, where we sell our products. Hence, you will gain knowledge of e-commerce within a leading FMCG company and simultaneously gain experience in working with well-known retailers.

During the week, you will work closely with our Account Managers and the rest of the E-commerce team. You will support them in a variety of topics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the commercial team on topics like assortment overview, pricing & promotions.
• Support on content management, ensuring our products are optimally displayed at our retailers’ websites.
• Analyzing different sorts of data (sales, traffic, conversion, CTR, etc) and advice the team on action to take.
• Maintaining contact with various departments, such as Marketing and Controlling

What we ask

• 
  You are available for 6 months, full time
• You are fluent in English and either Dutch OR French (in speaking and writing)
• You are in the bachelor 3 or master phase of your academic track
• You are proactive, open-minded, and motivated to learn
