Intern Development Program

Ultimately, doing your internship at L’Oréal will put you in pole position for our Management Traineeship or Junior Position opportunities. What you will do


Starting day 1 you are a full member of E-commerce team in the Consumer Products Division/ Luxe Division . This team focusses on online pure players and e-retailers, such as Bol.com, Kruidvat.nl and Amazon, where we sell our products. Hence, you will gain knowledge of e-commerce within a leading FMCG company and simultaneously gain experience in working with well-known retailers.


During the week, you will work closely with our Account Managers and the rest of the E-commerce team. You will support them in a variety of topics. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the commercial team on topics like assortment overview, pricing & promotions.
  • Support on content management, ensuring our products are optimally displayed at our retailers’ websites.
  • Analyzing different sorts of data (sales, traffic, conversion, CTR, etc) and advice the team on action to take.
  • Maintaining contact with various departments, such as Marketing and Controlling

  • You are available for 6 months, full time
  • You are fluent in English and either Dutch OR French (in speaking and writing)
  • You are in the bachelor 3 or master phase of your academic track
  • You are proactive, open-minded, and motivated to learn
