We work in an international environment where all communication is in English (Dutch speakers more than welcome!). As a front office team member, who will partly work as night auditor / night receptionist for the night shifts.

As front desk receptionist you will be trained to be responsible for a wide variety of reception tasks like checking guests in and out, answering calls, keeping an eye on the hotel and inform guests about all that Hotel has to offer.

Primary tasks/responsibilities;

  • Checking hotel guests in and out
  • Preparing reservations for guests
  • Administration tasks
  • Answering emails
  • Answering the phone
  • Being flexible to help out the rest of the team and our guests where ever you can
  • Offering information and service to our (potential) guests

  • Highly customer- and service focused

  • Experience as a receptionist / night auditor
  • Proper communication skills
