As Quality Assurance Supervisor, you are part of the Housekeeping Team who take care of our 330 guest rooms and all public areas such as the lobby, restaurant, bar etc. You will report directly to our Quality Assurance Team Leader and Rooms Manager.

Responsibilities

• Your duties will include giving guidance to the outsourced company to guarantee the cleanliness of the complete hotel, this includes rooms, corridors and public areas

• You will work closely together with the outsourced cleaning company and report and coordinate if company standards are being followed

• You will inspect if guest rooms are cleaned in accordance to the hotel’s standards

• You will ensure the laundry and dry-cleaning of uniforms and guest laundry is well organized

• You coordinate all repairs and maintenance and issues repair and maintenance job orders to ensure the proper maintenance of Housekeeping equipment

• You take care of our most regular guests, frequent travelers and World of Hyatt members to help personalize their experience

• You will take ownership in complaint handling and execute plans to prevent complaints

• You will be responsible to provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to create memorable guest experiences in our hotel

Qualifications

Qualifications

• You have great language skills in English

• You have leadership experience

• You have housekeeping experience

• You are a good motivator and able to multitask

• You are available working in shifts and weekends

• You have a European passport or Dutch working permit

Preferred qualifications

• You are familiar with preferably OPERA and HotSOS or similar systems
