Junior Copywriter (English & Portuguese)

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Copywriter (English & Portuguese) to join our brand team. A wizard with words who understands the importance of content localisation when taking a software company to the next level.

As a Junior Copywriter (English & Portuguese), you’ll contribute to the localisation of our website and content to ensure our brand is replicated and represented in the Portuguese-speaking market.

• Localize marketing materials marketing materials such as ads, product one-pagers, and email campaigns, ensuring they are culturally appropriate for Portuguese-speaking audiences.
• Localize marketing materials marketing materials such as ads, product one-pagers, and email campaigns, ensuring they are culturally appropriate for Portuguese-speaking audiences.
• Support a Senior Content Marketer in ideating and creating original content in Portuguese that aligns with the companys branding and marketing strategies, including articles, success stories, and long-reads.
• Learn and apply basic SEO principles for the Portuguese-speaking market, including using appropriate keywords in content creation.
• Support the customer service team by translating and localizing basic customer support materials and FAQ.

What you bring

• [Essential] Fluent in Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Ability to translate and localize content accurately and creatively.
  • [A plus] A high level of Spanish.

• You have 1-2 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in the B2B space.
• Willingness to learn and apply SEO best practices in content creation.
• You have accounting and audit industry knowledge [Preferred].
• Proactive in seeking out new content ideas or improvements to the translation/localization process.
• An entrepreneurial mindset; eager to listen, speak up, act, and grow fast.
• Team player mentality; you understand that only teamwork will make the dream work.
