Experienced Traders and Hedge Fund Managers Wanted

As a Hedge Fund Manager or Stock Trader at JI Jong Investment, you play a crucial role in managing our hedge fund portfolio, being responsible for identifying investment opportunities, making trading decisions, and managing risks. You will closely collaborate with our team of analysts, traders, and risk managers to achieve optimal results for our investors.

Tasks

Depending on your role within JI Jong Investment, various positions can be filled. In addition to investor capital, Jong Investment also has its own trading capital. We are seeking hedge fund managers, stock traders, and, of course, new investors.

Role as an Investor: As an investor, you can leverage our expertise, making funds and private equity more accessible by lowering the entry threshold. While many hedge funds or private equities require a minimum investment threshold of €25,000 to €100,000, we enable you to start with a minimum investment of €5,000 per share in a specific fund of your choice. Along with lowering the entry threshold, it is easier to enter and exit with a notice period of up to 30 days compared to 90+ days or even years.

Role as a Trader: As a trader, you work closely with your hedge fund manager, starting with our own trading capital, where you can earn up to a 90% profit share. You are responsible for analyzing charts and placing positions in the market.

Role as a Hedge Fund Manager: As a manager, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and are responsible for your traders. You possess the necessary knowledge and skills to consistently trade profitably, just like our stock traders.

At JI Jong Investment, both stock traders and hedge fund managers have the same capabilities and skills. You will always start as a trader before advancing within JI Jong Investment.

Requirements

We prefer to work with managers and traders who meet the following criteria:

• Trading assets under management of at least $1 million.
• Top quartile performance of at least 10% since inception and over the last 5 years.
• High Sharpe ratio.
• Low historical performance drawdowns compared to their peer group.
• Uncorrelated returns.
• Independent fund manager.
• Willingness to complete our admission exam. (Contact us for more information about the exam.)
• Managers not registered in a high-risk country.
