Description Are you a fan of IT crowd and interested in IT Technician role?
What about part-time IT administration in cloud fin-tech company in the center of Amsterdam? Briefing As our new IT Technician you would be available for our colleagues in Amsterdam office for 20 hours a week.
Providing support to a broad range of departments, users and applications will be your main focus. You’ll support our rapid expansion by managing all desktops, laptops and servers. You know how to install, prepare, deploy and take care of our network infrastructure.
Acting as the liaison between the Enterprise IT department and the colleagues that rely on it, you’ll inspire confidence with your deep technical knowledge, speedy responses, clarity of communication and your knack for always seeming to be three steps ahead.
Our colleagues will rely on you with solving, identifying and eliminating problems and deficiencies that are part of everyday IT life. About You - You don’t make a distinction between Windows, Mac or Linux. You love them all equally and know how to manage them;
- You have basic knowledge of networks (VLAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP), information security is expected;
- You have a good understanding of the English language both in speaking and writing;
- You know how to identify, solve and eliminate problems in a jiffy
