Location: Netherlands (Remote) Salary: 35,000 - 43,000 Euros annually + 10% performance bonus

About the Role: Applied Value Technologies is seeking a Triage Specialist to assist in the delivery of our mission- and business-critical application services with internal customers. Reporting into the Infrastructure Supply Chain team, our goal is to deliver excellent technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness. This position is part of our Managed Services Organization and requires a diverse and flexible skill set for supporting a wide range of applications within our clients Commerce Engineering products portfolio. Candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. About You: We are looking for someone who:
  • Provide efficient support on product and integration issues that do not require code changes
  • Develop test cases and scenarios in order to pinpoint the root cause of product bugs
  • Follow detailed processes and workflows to provide world class support to engineering teams
  • Efficiently and effectively execute SOPs and develop and maintain the knowledge base
  • Immediately responding to tasks in a timely manner, to satisfy SLAs
  • Adapt fast to frequent process changes and needs changed per client requests
  • Communicate effectively with engineering teams to identify solutions to recurring product issues and improve on the ground engagement quality with cross-functional partners
  • Effectively and concisely communicate technical resolution, workarounds, or product confusion to bug reporters and/or engineering teams
  • Communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders in order to improve on the ground engagement with cross-functional partners

Some stuff you need:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 1-2 years of task and/or ticketing system experience or equivalent knowledge
  • 1-2 years of basic Supply Chain Process knowledge or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Working knowledge of following standard operating procedures to execute troubleshooting steps
  • Experience operating with SLAs in a client-facing role in a production support environment
  • Ability to work on-call schedule on weekdays and occasionally on weekends
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Oracle SCM and/or other third-party supply chain and ERP applications in a hands-on support role
  • Significant experienced with supply chain operations and maintenance workflows and automation
  • Great Time Management skills
