As Product Owner - Rituals.com, you will be responsible for managing the development of our high-impact e-commerce platform, ensuring that all new features, updates, and functionalities align with our business goals and high-quality standards.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the Product Backlog: Prioritize and manage the backlog, ensuring the most valuable features are delivered first. Kickstart roadmap projects and involve the right parties at the right time.
• Set the Pace and Planning: Establish the project milestones, set the pace, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Align the roadmap with other Product Owners, discussing dependencies and ensuring smooth cooperation across digital teams.
• Maximize Value in Development Sprints: Work closely with UX teams, Business Analysts, and external development teams to maximize value during the sprints.
• Ensure Business Value Understanding: Ensure you understand the business value behind every project, keeping stakeholders updated on timelines, scope, and release planning.
• Maintain Organized Development: Take pride in ensuring the development train runs smoothly, including release planning, end-to-end testing, and upholding the quality of every project

Were looking for an analytical, result-driven Product Owner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in an e-commerce environment, ideally with a focus on digital platforms.
• Skills: Highly organized with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Methodology: Solid experience with Agile (SCRUM) and project management best practices.
• Mindset: Pragmatic, realistic, and solutions-oriented, with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Teamwork: A people-oriented mindset that allows you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong writing and communication skills.
• Availability to work 80% from the office and 20% from home as part of our hybrid working model.
