Job Responsibilities : This is to replace existing employee who will be leaving in end of Mar

1. Order Management:

• Process and manage sales orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to track order status and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement to ensure product availability.
• Maintain accurate order records in the system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and generate periodic reports.

2. RMA Coordination:

• Manage the return merchandise authorization process, including issuing RMA numbers and tracking returned goods.
• Ensure returned products meet company policies and quality standards for replacements, repairs, or refunds.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, warehouse, and finance teams to validate and process returns efficiently.
• Update customer accounts and provide regular communication on return status.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Serve as a point of contact for order and RMA-related inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Work closely with customer service teams to address escalations and provide resolutions.
• Partner with IT to troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyze data on order fulfillment rates, return trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency.
• Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation and records.

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
• Strong Excel skills; experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
