As F&B Supervisor (f/m/d) you will support and represent the F&B Manager in his/her areas of activity. You coordinate and monitor the work processes in the F&B area and thus ensure quality assurance in accordance with Minor Hotels standards.

What are you going to do?

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead the Food & Beverage team and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You oversee the smooth running of service, guide colleagues, and respond proactively to guest needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The variety of work is great; sometimes you manage a team of 2 employees with a break and other times you manage a team of 40 employees with a served dinner of an event. This variety ensures that no day is the same.

• You are a natural leader, and you have at least 1 year of experience in leading a team of restaurant- and/or hospitality employees.
