About you An exciting and career-advancing opportunity awaits a technically skilled and solution-driven Technical consultant to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing customers onto our amazing Saas platform. Purpose of the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, understanding their technical and business needs to design, implement, and support tailored solutions. You will serve as a technical advisor, problem-solver, and project leader, leveraging your deep expertise in both SaaS solutions but also the supply chain sector to deliver impactful results. This role combines technical acumen, consulting experience, and client-facing skills to drive success and growth for both our clients and our organization. Overall responsibility

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and business objectives; assess current systems and workflows to propose solutions. Solution Design & Implementation: Develop customized technology solutions, integrating systems, and ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. Project Management: Lead projects from initiation through delivery, managing resources, timelines, and budgets; ensure milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded. Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject-matter expert, staying current with new technologies and products, advising clients on the latest tools, trends, and innovations. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and support teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing training and troubleshooting as needed; identify opportunities for further engagement. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed project documentation, technical specifications, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders; present findings and recommendations.

Competence and Experience Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a technical consulting role, with significant experience in solution design, system implementation, and client engagement. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Saas Solutions, ERP systems, XML and JSON language, experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, NetSuite, Wrike) and documentation. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges in diverse technical environments. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Client-Focused: Demonstrated success in building strong client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.
