We are looking for a customer centric Credit Collection Agent to join the Account Receivables team.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

As a credit collector you will manage and coordinate credit collection for an assigned portfolio of customers. You are responsible for efficient cash collection and managing outstanding debt. During all activities, youll adapt a customer focused approach. A collection doesnt have to be viewed as a battle but rather a customer interaction where you assist the customer to clear their debt and improve overall cashflow. You wont be doing this alone! You are part of a team that is experienced in their line of work and already has established strong relationships with 3th party suppliers and our customers.

• Actively promote and ensure DHL trading terms and conditions are being met by the customer;

• Resolve reoccurring billing issues;

• Maintain efficient record of collection activities;

• Drive debt collections;

• Monitor credit accounts and limits and report delinquent customers to Team Leader for review and action.

Do you have what it takes?

With your customer eccentric way of working, you know exactly how to relate to customers problems. You arent afraid of discussion and know how to find the balance between achieving results and building customer relationships. You gather data and exactly pinpoint the information you need. Within the data, you recognize patterns, draw conclusions and come up with an action plan. Not a single day is the same and thats something you are looking for!

• Customer Relationship Management;

• You are analytical and love working with data;

• You have basic finance knowledge;

• You know how to multitasks and work in a team;

• You have strong IT skills;

• Advanced level of either Dutch-English or French-English.
