Position Available

Clearwater is a leading global corporate finance house with 400+ M&A professionals working across 17 offices

in 10 countries in Europe.

The Dutch office was founded in 2001, and currently comprises 18 professionals, of which 4 partners. The team

is expanding rapidly and are therefore looking for new talents.

looking to add a M&A Director to the team for the Netherlands office.

You have 8+ years of relevant experience in M&A. You have the proven ability to develop sector expertise and

relationships, as well as lead deal teams.

At Clearwater, you will be working on the origination and execution of mid market M&A transactions (both

sell-side and buyside). From day one you will interact with private business owners, corporate executives, as

well as private equity investors on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities: • Leading the M&A process from start to finish as the project leader

  • Proven ability to develop sector expertise and relationships with both financial sponsors and sector

specific contacts

  • Leading pitch process coordination, from strategy to execution and final presentation
  • Conducting and leading client meetings and presentations in partnership with case partners
  • Serve as a mentor and collaborative partner for colleagues
