We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team at Aimwel!

As a Campaign Manager, youll serve as the vital connection between our clients, publisher network, and cutting-edge advertising technology, shaping campaigns that deliver real results.

Our ideal candidate is a pro-active individual with knowledge and experience in the recruitment marketing space. However, if you bring general campaign or performance marketing expertise, thats a big win, too!

Responsibilities

As a Campaign Manager at Aimwel, youll play a pivotal role in driving success for our clients and ensuring campaigns achieve outstanding results. Your mission will include:

Steering Campaign Success: Oversee and optimise job advertising campaigns across a variety of channels, ensuring they perform at their peak.

Partnering with Publishers: Build and nurture strong relationships with our publisher partners to guarantee seamless communication and collaboration.

Data-Driven Innovator: Dive deep into performance metrics, uncover actionable insights, and enhance our systems to stay ahead of the game.

Cross Team Collaborator - Work closely with internal teams to align campaign goals and execution. We have a very resourceful and diverse team who work cross-functionally to support our campaigns

Search & Social - Supporting the setup and management of Social (Meta, LinkedIn and more) and Search Ad (Google Ads and Bing) campaigns.

A Typical Day for a Delivery Manager

Your day might look like this:

Morning Check-In: Review campaign performance dashboards and make optimisations, send out comms to stakeholders to ensure everything is on track

Partner Communication: Hold a call with a publisher to discuss performance improvements- you own these relationships and have control here!

Data Analysis: Dive into campaign data, identify optimisation opportunities, and adjust bids to drive performance.

Collaboration: Sync with Client Success Managers to ensure client expectations are being met, communicate campaign progress and updates

Project Work: Work on long-term projects like system improvements or new campaign setups.

Requirements:

Were looking for someone who has:

Experience: Previous experience in the online advertising or recruitment marketing space. Campaign management is key!

Skills: Understanding of programmatic job advertising, Google Ads, or Meta Advertising is a plus.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into improvements.

Proactivity: A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset. Someone who isnt afraid to make suggestions and jump into the role.

About the team:

Your team & wider team: You will be part of the Client Success team at Aimwel, consisting of 4 people. As a scale-up, Aimwel currently employs 25+ people and is an international team of people from different backgrounds. We have multiple functions that work together including Sales, Client Success, Product, Development, Data and more. We speak English to communicate with each other in the team.

Where are we located: Our home base is in Amsterdam, the office for many different companies within DPG Media. We currently work with a hybrid working model, spending one/two days per week at the office and working the rest from home. Its flexible! The office is newly refurbished as it opened its doors in 2025 with new facilities such as two in house canteens, a gym, café, company wide events and more.
